Amarillo Medical Specialists and Dr. Kent Sorajja are pleased to announce the new Amarillo Medical Specialists LLP Allergy Clinic, effective January 3, 2022. Dr. Sorajja has retired from practice, and Dr. Sarah Biggs will provide continuity of care for Dr. Sorajja's patients and bring updated serum methods and new concepts of allergy control to Amarillo. 

Our goal is to provide top tier diagnosis and treatment services for allergy patients in Amarillo and the regions of Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas and Texas that we serve. Additionally, we accept referrals for adults and children with immune deficiencies. 

Our allergy team includes Sarah Biggs, MD along with Andrew Sauer PA-C. The office is now open to new and established patients. We do accept children with allergies. 

Specialized allergy services include Peanut allergies, Penicillin allergies, Dog / Cat / Cattle / Horse allergies as well as environmental allergies. 

 

Dr. Biggs was born and raised in Amarillo and understands the local landscape and local allergens. She attended medical school and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and completed her fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Augusta University and the Medical College of Georgia. Medical College of Georgia is a nationally known and respected center for allergy treatment and research.

Dr. Biggs is bringing new approaches and new ideas for allergy treatment to our area. For those patients who are not successful in achieving control of their allergies, she will be able to make new therapies available.

Most insurances and Medicare are accepted. Adults and children are welcome. We can evaluate for immunodeficiency in infants, and for allergies beginning at age 2.
