Jordan Heller, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CCD

Jordan Heller is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in rheumatology and osteoporosis care. She began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse in the hospital setting from 2015 to 2020, with experience in renal and family practice, medical-surgical nursing, and the NICU. This diverse background informs her practical, patient-focused approach to care.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University in 2021 and has worked in rheumatology since that time. Her clinical interests include the diagnosis and management of autoimmune and inflammatory rheumatologic conditions, as well as comprehensive osteoporosis evaluation and treatment. As a Certified Clinical Densitometrist (CCD), she focuses on bone health optimization, fracture prevention, and developing fracture liaison services to improve outcomes for patients at high risk of fracture.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, long-distance running, spin cycling, strength training, and hiking.
