Rosa Angelica Miranda, NP
Rosa Angelica Miranda is a Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Originally from Dumas, Texas, she relocated to Amarillo to pursue her education and began her nursing career after earning an Associate Degree in Nursing from Amarillo College in 2005.
Rosa Angelica gained diverse clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in pediatrics, medical-surgical care, and oncology. In 2014, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Family Medicine at Angelo State University. She began practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in a pediatric clinic, later serving patients at Hereford Health Clinic, and eventually joined Amarillo Medical Specialists. She has spent the past eight years practicing internal medicine with the group.
She is deeply passionate about patient care and education, with a strong emphasis on managing chronic conditions and promoting preventive medicine. Rosa Angelica is committed to helping patients understand their health and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
Outside of her professional work, Rosa Angelica is married and the proud mother of four children and grandmother to two grandchildren. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
