Albert Lusby, NP

Albert Lusby was born and raised in Canadian Texas. After graduating Canadian High School in 1998, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy from Texas Tech University in 2004. Albert then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mary-Hardin Baylor in 2006 and a Masters of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from Texas A&M Corpus Christi in 2010. Albert has worked in internal medicine, pulmonology and hospice.

In 2014 he joined Amarillo Medical Specialists and has worked with Dr. Keister in his internal medicine practice. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has been practicing as an NP since 2010. He enjoys the relationships he is able to build with each patient and is committed to providing exceptional care.

Albert has been married for 20 plus years and has two daughters. His wife, Lesley is an Art Teacher at Tascosa High School. Lilly is a student at the University of Arkansas, and Lucy is in middle school.

Outside of work, Albert enjoys spending time with his family. He is passionate about sports, and enjoys watching local athletes compete. He enjoys the outdoors and has taken an interest in running. He has completed three marathons, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Marine Corp marathon to date. He is an active member of Frist Presbyterian Church in Amarillo TX.
