Terri Hackett is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering exceptional, patient centered care. Terri is an RN with experience in Pediatrics, Cardiology, Women's Health, and Case management before pursuing her career as a Nurse Practitioner.

When she is not working with her patients she enjoys outdoor activities  with family. As a mother of five and a grandmother of five grandchildren, she has learned to juggle career and family with the same passion and love for her family as she cares for her patients.

She joined Dr. Gulley's office with AMS in 2021. She brings a strong blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and business acumen, shaped by years of hands-on experience in the medical field.

Terri brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to each environment and consistently demonstrates reliability, motivation, and a dedication to high quality outcomes.
